Suggestions. Help. Anything?

After two very short 3km runs this week, I feel an injury coming on again. I’ve been injured since November 2010, so it’s kind of a big deal. I’ve switched to the “magic pill” for running which are the minimalist shoes. All my other pain is gone, I’m just always injured. Why is this happening to me :(

Anyways, I’ll be purchasing a road bike in March at the Toronto Bicycle Show which will hopefully serve as a band aid for my aching heart. If you have any suggestions that are preferably under the $2000 mark, I’d love to hear them :)

I will consider it to be the “beginning of next week” until I get a call back.

Kindfood, which is an 100% vegan & gluten free bakery still hasn’t called me back. They said they would the beginning of this week.  I even told them I’m more than willing to volunteer if they aren’t hiring at the moment. I give myself away and I’m still not accepted.  This stinks. They’re probably just intimidated because I told ‘em I want to open up my own vegan bakery. GAME’S ON.

At 4,841 years old, this ancient bristlecone pine is the oldest known non-clonal organism on Earth. Located in the White Mountains of California, in Inyo National Forest, Methuselah’s exact location is kept a close secret in order to protect it from the public. (An older specimen named Prometheus, which was more than 5,000 years old, was cut down by a U.S. Forest Service graduate student in 1964.) Today you can visit the grove where Methuselah hides, but you’ll have to guess at which tree it is. Could this one be it?

I don’t care about what ‘kind’ of blog i have. This needs to be shared.. take a breath and pray, because these kids cant do it for themselves. I bet NONE of you guys have ever been this hungry.

this is how messed up our world is, people can have millions and never have to work a day in their life. set for life, yet these kids dont even live to be 20

Next time you want to buy that new pair of shoes, think about how much that money could help children like this.

Please also buy fair trade (that is a big part of the problem) and donate to charity (or donate your unwanted possessions)… and if you can’t (as I understand some of us here struggle everyday) you could always do your bit of volunteering as people and organizations always need help. :)
