I have shin splints. I’ve had them for about four weeks now. I only got into about two weeks of my cross country training. I need want to make it to OFSAA very badly. My fastest 5k was 22:28 I believe. I need to get my time down four minutes without training. Anyways, I’ll get to the point… what can I do for shin splints?!?!
