Suggestions. Help. Anything?
After two very short 3km runs this week, I feel an injury coming on again. I’ve been injured since November 2010, so it’s kind of a big deal. I’ve switched to the “magic pill” for running which are the minimalist shoes. All my other pain is gone, I’m just always injured. Why is this happening to me :(

My mom is so stupidly ignorant. She doesn’t want to finish watching Earthlings cause it makes her sick. She calls me small minded because I don’t respect people who think it’s ok to murder somebody and then eat them. And she constantly argues with me about eating meat… She always shuts up though because she knows I’m right.

It's impossible to avoid things grown with manure, but I *believe* commercial mushrooms are usually grown in a substance made of compressed hay from racetracks because of the high ammonia content (from horse urine) mixed with soil.
