Dinner. Scrambled tofu w/ rice, avocado and salsa. Over 20g of protein per bowl ;) also loaded with iron, vitamin C (which increases iron absorption), calcium and everything to fuel me.

A very nice Jamaican lady came to my work and gave me this green banana with instructions on how to cook it. It’s pretty delicious. Toped it off with a bit of coconut oil.
